POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5+ years of strategic sales experience required
  • 7+ years proven experience in a similar environment
  • Auto and reconditioning industry experience preferred

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Continuous viewing from and inputting data to a computer screen
  • Travel as necessary (up to 75%)
    The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
    The starting compensation is expected to be:
    $90,000.00 - $140,000.00/ year

Responsibilities

Conquesting (50%)

  • Conquest new business through focused selling activities
  • Manage the full sales cycle with the customer
  • Lead the identification of new customer prospects and sales process to land new business (focusing on the Division’s largest growth opportunities)
  • Own and lead origination of DW strategic sales initiatives, WTD/FLF+, etc.
  • Contribute to and drive the Division’s sales strategy, plan and critical priorities
  • Deliver professional sales presentations to customer executives
  • Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams throughout the sales process
  • Leverage industry intelligence/information to grow Dent Wizard’s footprint in all channels of business
  • Represent Dent Wizard at professional trade association meetings, client seminars, conventions, etc.
