The Office Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of our office. The Office Assistant provides administrative support and assists with day-to-day tasks. This position requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Process daily bank deposit. Process and track returned checks. Submit all service contracts and aftermarket products. Process all service contract cancellations. Reconcile schedules. Collections – small claims. Working very closely with Regional Controller on completing daily tasks. Qualifications Experience in a dealership business office strongly preferred. Ability to multi-task with competing priorities. Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative nature.
