Description

Infinity Glory, a leading holding company driving innovation in automotive and advanced materials technology, is seeking a skilled Automotive Carbon Fiber Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven experience in carbon fibre fabrication and repair (automotive industry preferred).
· Strong knowledge of composites, resin systems, and curing processes.
· Skilled in hand-laying, cutting, trimming, and surface finishing.
· Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
· Attention to detail and commitment to precision craftsmanship.
· Based in Abu Dhabi and available for immediate joining.
Experience:
· Proven experience in carbon fiber or composite fabrication (Min : 3 years).
· Strong understanding of automotive body and trim fitting.
· Ability to work with hand and power tools (Dremel, rotary tools, sanders).
· Knowledge of autoclave and vacuum bagging processes.
· Ability to read technical drawings and CAD files.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & TRAINING:

· High school diploma or technical certification.
· Vocational training in composites or automotive technology.
· Hands-on experience in motorsport fabrication or custom car building is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Responsibilities

· Manufacture, repair, and assemble carbon fibre automotive parts.
· Work with pre-preg carbon fibre, vacuum bagging, and autoclave processes Ensure high-quality finishing, trimming, and surface preparation.
· Conduct structural repairs on damaged carbon fibre components.
· Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop lightweight solutions.
· Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
· Sand, polish, and apply clear coats for aesthetic carbon fiber finishes.
