Description Are you an experienced Collision Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to balance precision with people skills? Dyer Collision Center is looking for a motivated professional with a working knowledge of CCC1 and ADAS systems to join our growing family-owned business. What You’ll Do Write accurate and timely estimates using CCC1. Work directly with customers and insurance partners (DRP programs) to ensure smooth repair authorizations. Evaluate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) repair needs and coordinate with technicians. Communicate clearly with the collision team to keep repairs on track. Provide an outstanding customer experience by keeping clients informed every step of the way. ? What We’re Looking For 2+ years of estimating experience in a collision center or body shop. Proficiency with CCC1 and a solid understanding of ADAS repair requirements. Previous experience working with Direct Repair Programs (DRP). Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
