Description Jim Hudson Ford is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Commercial Account Manager to join our growing Ford dealership team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining business-to-business relationships while driving commercial vehicle sales to local businesses, municipalities, contractors, and fleet customers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with automotive sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. What we offer: Competitive compensation package Ongoing training and product education Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance $25K employer paid life insurance Disability Insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Employee Assistance Program Employee Assistance Fund Corporate Chaplain Paid Vacation and Personal Leave Career advancement opportunities A positive and professional work environment Responsibilities - Commercial Account Manager: Generate and grow B2B revenue through direct sales to commercial businesses, government agencies, and fleet accounts Build strong relationships with new and existing commercial customers to create long-term partnerships and repeat business Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle solutions by identifying needs, asking thoughtful questions, and providing knowledgeable recommendations Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of Ford commercial vehicles, upfits, accessories, and emerging technologies Deliver professional vehicle presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes for commercial trucks and fleet solutions Proactively follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business Effectively overcome objections and confidently navigate sales negotiations and customer concerns Stay current on product updates, market trends, and commercial industry developments Maintain consistent communication with the Sales Manager regarding sales goals, customer activities, pipeline updates, and performance reviews. Requirements Requirements - Commercial Account Manager: Commercial or fleet sales experience preferred, but not required Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset Professional appearance and strong communication skills Ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service Strong record of positive Customer Service required. Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow-through. Resume must be uploaded. Responsibilities
