Description Lead Financial Operations for a High-Performing Automotive Group Larson Automotive Group is seeking a results-driven Automotive Controller to lead accounting operations across multiple dealerships. Important: Candidates must have prior experience as an Automotive Controller or Automotive Accounting Manager in a retail dealership environment. Multi-store experience is strongly preferred. This requirement is non-negotiable. Strong understanding of dealership financial statements, general ledger accounting, and manufacturer reporting. Experience managing cash flow, floor plan reconciliation, and tax computations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor staff. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in accounting software and dealership management systems (DMS). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
