Audrey’s Auto Repair - NAPA AUTOPRO has been privately owned and operated since 2007. We believe that our success is dependent on the quality of our employees. We take pride in repairing cars and light trucks right the first time, so that they are safe, reliable and reasonably affordable.
Our growing automotive repair shop is looking for an Automotive Customer Service Advisor to join our team, to ensure optimum customer service.
We have earned a great reputation over the years for friendliness, honesty, quality, getting the job done in a timely matter and repaired right the first time. We also take pride in keeping our shop clean and equipment well maintained.
Our Service Advisors position is to work well with our technicians and inform our customers of their current and upcoming automotive needs, in a friendly manner. We count on our Advisor’s to have good customer relation skills and serve every customer with compassion, a friendly smile and honest guidance.
We provide in-house training and support to develop extensive knowledge on our products and programs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

· High school diploma/GED required
· Valid Drivers licence
· Fair knowledge of automotive industry and parts
· Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
· Strong problem-solving abilities
· Ability to communicate equally well with technicians, customers and senior management
· Ability to handle cash, e-transfer and point of sale equipment transactions accurately
· Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Familiarity with Mitchell1 (Protractor), Pro Demand and/or AutoServe1 automotive programs preferred, but not required
· Ability to learn our programs within a reasonable time frame
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$36.00 per hour
