PROJECT DESCRIPTION

ADAS validation project involving Front Camera, Suround view cameras, Radars and ultrasonics sensors.
Focus for this position is to lead the Data collection activities including vehicle management, communication with different stakeholder and test drive planning

SKILLS

Must have
Completed education in business administration or comparable degree.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in automotive industry.
Proven Experience in:
Managing data collection campaigns / test drives worldwide.
Logistics, shipment, customs clearance, visa and legal requirements worldwide.
Route planning, and travel planning for data collection worldwide.
Class B driving license
Nice to have
Efficient teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive electronics, sensor technology, and ECU systems.
Independent working style, high level of commitment and initiative
Good knowledge of English
Knowledge of MS Office
Documentation Skills: Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed.
High voltage training (EUP, HV1, HV2)
Working with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, KPM
Experience with customers tools (depending on customer)

Daily communication with Customer project team in English
Test crews management /supervising, provide training to Testers
Planning assistance
Risk analysis
Independent problems solving (operative mindset)
Dealing with local offices
Knowledge of local rules and regulations
Take over full responsibility for overall task
Planning of equipment and test teams for NCAP tests on proving grounds
