SUMMARY

As a Deal Processor at Woburn Toyota, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within our dealership. This position is essential for managing vehicle titles and financial documentation, contributing to our commitment to excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent or commensurate experience required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a dealership setting, particularly in title processing or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• CDK experience preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of financial services related to automotive sales.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for accurate financial calculations and record-keeping.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with customers and financial institutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with automotive sales processes is highly desirable.
