This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key responsibilities while developing a strong understanding of automotive marketing operations. ---------------------- Overview ---------------------- Kendall Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Dealer Fund Administrator to collaborate with our team in the management of dealership and manufacturer marketing campaigns for our diverse group of car dealerships; including Acura, Audi, BMW, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Honda, Hyundai, Jeep, KIA, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Mazda, Porsche, RAM, Subaru, Toyota, and Volkswagen. ---------------------- Job Scope ---------------------- The primary responsibility of the Dealer Fund Administrator is the collection, distribution, and reporting of advertising documentation. Key responsibilities include: • Oversight and management of manufacturer reimbursement funds, including submission and reporting processes • Preparation of forecast reports • Collection and distribution of store promotions • Maintaining, organizing, and communicating updates related to manufacturer co-op and compliance programs ---------------------- Experience ---------------------- · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience · Basic Accounting, knowledge preferred · Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word), knowledge preferred · 10 key proficiency, knowledge preferred · Highly organized, required · Meets deadlines, required · Business Administration, required · Project Management, knowledge preferred · Marketing Communications, knowledge preferred Working conditions are primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift.
