Description

AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Position consults and works with Department Managers to assist with ensuring all store transactions are proceeded accurately and timely.
  • Monitor and review Accounting Schedules and General Ledger entries.
  • Overview transactions, deposits, reconcile bank accounts.
  • Provide assistance to all Office employees on their daily responsibilities.
  • Needs to be familiar with any Office duty: Deposits, Inventory, Billing, Posting deals and Contracts funding.
  • Reconcile Factory Accounts Receivable and monitor aging Accounts Receivable.
  • Post Final Entries , Bank Reserves, Factory Incentives.
  • Sales Tax calculation and Reporting.
  • Assist Controller with Payroll entries , adjustments to Employee’s Data and any additional HR needed.
  • Assist Controller with Financial Statement analysis and Closing of the Month.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous Dealership Office/Accounting experience - at least 5 years.
  • Professional Appearance and Communication Skills
  • Integrity, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
