QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience as an office manager or administrator in an automotive setting (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • High school diploma required; degree in business or finance is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure a clean office environment.
  • Oversee financial transactions, invoicing, payables, and receivables, car deal processing and perform payroll processing.
  • Supervise office staff and maintain an efficient office.
  • Assist with customer & staff inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
  • Enter and update sales and service data.
  • Prepare reports and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
  • Schedule & bank reconciliations, up to financial statement preparation
  • Work together with the other managers to form a cohesive family atmosphere.
  • Report directly to the GM
