Description Harry Brown's is looking for an experienced individual to provide excellent service to our internal and external customers in our busy Parts Department, utilizing their expert parts and accessories knowledge to identify, order, procure, and/or supply parts in a timely and efficient manner. Parts Specialist Responsibilities Researches, identifies, procures, and/or answers questions regarding automotive parts and accessories Ensures timely delivery of parts to internal and external customers Processes orders, collects payments, bills insurance, and updates invoices Returns defective parts Participates in inventory cycle counts and bin checks Requirements Parts Specialist Requirements High School Diploma or GED Must have at least 1 years’ experience working in dealership parts department demonstrating excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task during periods of high customer volume Preference given to those with 2+ years' dealership experience.
