Responsibilities Greet all guests, visitors and vendors warmly with the highest level of professionalism. Direct customers to the correct department and make introductions as needed. Check in guests for their sales department. Answer phones as needed. Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer. Qualifications Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
