We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process. REQUIREMENTS

• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Hispanic Speaking Preferred.
• Proficient in CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
• Sales Management experience a Must.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to perform retail math calculations related to pricing, discounts, and financing options.
• Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach to potential customers.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, guiding them through the vehicle selection process.
• Utilize effective negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to generate interest in our vehicles and services.
• Provide high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance dealership visibility and attract potential buyers.
• Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management.
• Conduct public speaking engagements or presentations to promote dealership events or new vehicle launches.
• Upsell additional products or services that complement vehicle purchases, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Foster relationships with B2B clients to expand dealership reach within the community.
