Description At Great Lakes Honda West we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Detail Manager to join our team! The Detail Manager will oversee all aspects of the detail department, ensuring high-quality work, efficient operations, and excellent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the detail team, providing training, scheduling and performance management Inspect vehicles after detailing to ensure quality and consistency Manage workflow to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Coordinate with service, sales, and management teams to ensure vehicles are prepared on time Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Ensure compliance with company standards and safety guidelines Requirements Qualifications: Previous automotive detailing and supervisory experience required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Attention to detail with a commitment to quality work Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
