Description We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Automotive Detailer to join our team full-time. An Automotive Detailer is responsible for cleaning, restoring, and maintaining the appearance of vehicles, both inside and out. This role ensures vehicles meet company or customer standards for cleanliness and presentation. JOB TYPE: Full-Time SCHEDULE: Monday – Saturday; 11am-7pm Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Saturday. Work every other Saturday, day off during week when you work Saturday. 40hours/week. PAY: $20-$27/hour based on experience. Paid Training Toolbox Moving Expenses Health, Dental, & Vision Group Accident & Critical Illness Short-Term Disability 401k Discounts on products, services, and vehicles Referral Bonus Program Employee Recognition ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors Clean and vacuum interiors, including carpets, seats, and upholstery Shampoo carpets and remove stains, odors, and debris Clean windows, mirrors, and dashboards Apply protective treatments (wax, sealants, interior protectants) Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage Use cleaning tools and equipment safely (pressure washers, buffers, vacuums) Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment Follow company procedures and safety guidelines QUALIFICATIONS At least 18 years of age Valid driver’s license (required) Clean driving record Prior automotive detailing required Attention to detail Dexterity - requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination Excellent customer service skills Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve Enjoy working in a dynamic environment Ability to collaborate with others effectively Hall Imports is a family owned and operated VW and Mazda dealership with a history that stretches over a hundred years.
