Our programs are designed to improve your life at work and at home. * Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance * Paid Maternity & Paternity after one year of employment * Start earning PTO on your 1st day of employment * Paid Training * Career Advancement * 401(K) and profit sharing Responsibilities * Washes vehicle exterior to clean cars, using cleaning solution, water, cloths, and brushes * Applies wax to auto body and wipes or buffs surfaces to protect surfaces and preserve shine, using a cloth or abuffing machine * Vacuum interiors of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris using a vacuum cleaner * Cleans upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces using cleaning agents, applicators, and devices * Applies revitalizers and preservatives to vinyl or leather surfaces and treats fabrics with spot and stain-resistant chemicals to preserve and protect interior components * Cleans engine and engine compartment with steam cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents to remove grease and grime * Applies special-purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials that do not respond to standard cleaning procedures, utilizing experience and following the product manufacturer's recommendations * Paints engine components and related parts using a spray gun, aerosol can, and masking material * Applies paint to chipped body surfaces of the vehicle, using a container of touch-up paint * Applies dyes and reconditioning chemicals to vinyl tops of vehicles to restore color and condition Requirements * Must have held a valid driver’s license for a minimum of three (3) years. * Must have a clean driving record * Be able to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles. * Must be authorized to work in the USA * Able to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record Check, and drug test Our company maintains a strong policy of equal employment opportunities for all associates.
