Description Automotive Detailer Supervisor We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Automotive Detailer Supervisor to lead our detailing team and ensure the highest standards of vehicle cleanliness and presentation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, mentor team members, and contribute to our commitment to exceptional customer service and vehicle care. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of automotive detailers to ensure efficient workflow and quality standards - Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance skills and performance - Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure cleanliness, quality, and adherence to company standards - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and maintenance - Develop and implement work schedules to meet customer demands and operational goals - Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations - Collaborate with management to improve processes and customer satisfaction Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in automotive detailing, with previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred - Strong knowledge of vehicle cleaning products, tools, and techniques - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Ability to inspect work meticulously and maintain high-quality standards - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus Join our dynamic team and be part of a company that values quality, teamwork, and professional growth.
