Job Type: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00/h

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our Service Department. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and detailing customer vehicles and dealership inventory to the highest standards. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering top-tier vehicle presentation and cleanliness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable, safe driving history
  • Ability to operate various automotive makes and models with caution and care, with knowledge to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles preferred
  • Previous experience in automotive detailing or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and detail customer vehicles after service work is completed, including exterior wash, interior vacuuming, window cleaning, and surface wipe-downs.
  • Prepare and maintain dealership inventory vehicles for display and delivery, ensuring all vehicles are showroom-ready.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks such as engine bay cleaning, carpet shampooing, stain removal, waxing, buffing, and polishing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized detail bay and work area, including proper storage and handling of detailing supplies.
  • Perform inspections to identify any missed areas or quality concerns before returning the vehicle to the customer or sales team.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure vehicles are completed on schedule and meet dealership standards.
  • Follow all safety and environmental guidelines related to chemical handling and equipment use.
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive consumer loyalty.
  • Other duties as assigned by Service leadership or our OEM partners.
