Description Stocker Chevrolet is seeking a dynamic team leader to join our Detailing department as a Shift Production Supervisor. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring optimal production, maintaining quality control, and providing training for the detail department. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this position: Responsibilities and Duties: Training of Detail Employees: You’ll be responsible for training and developing the skills of detail employees. Quality Monitoring: Keep a close eye on detail quality to maintain high standards. Supply and Equipment Management: Ensure proper maintenance of detailing chemical supplies and equipment. Inventory Completion: Oversee the timely completion of detailing Chemical and Equipment inventory details. Photography: Capture pictures of inventory items for online listings. Assist in Detailing: Support the detailing process as needed. Production Reports: Maintain detail production reports. Vehicle Check-In: Check in new vehicle inventory and accurately report any damage. Process Manuals: Keep detail process manuals up to date. Requirements Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential. Technology Skills: Proficiency in Phone operated applications, Android based phone operation. Pressure Handling: Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detailing Knowledge: Familiarity with detailing processes. Positive Attitude: Bring a positive outlook to the team. Goal-Driven: Strive for excellence. Prior Detailing Experience: Previous experience in detailing is preferred. Additional Information: Job Type: Full-time Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. Schedule: Monday to Friday 2:00pm to 10:30pm.
