Key Responsibilities · Develop and implement the category strategy for automotive diagnostic systems. · Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate commercial terms. · Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. · Work with sales teams to support product positioning and customer engagement. · Oversee pricing, product lifecycle, and promotional activities. · Monitor category performance and deliver regular reporting to management. · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). · Proven experience as a Category Manager, Product Manager, or similar role in the automotive aftermarket. · Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostic systems and related technologies. · Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. · Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects. · Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). · Previous experience in technical sales or technical support. · Ability to communicate clearly and accurately on technical matters, both with industry professionals and clients without a technical background. · Good command of the English language. · Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a willingness to continuously learn. · Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. · Competitive compensation package + performance-based bonus. · Private health insurance. · Continuous training and professional development opportunities. · A dynamic and collaborative working environment with a strong international presence. · Company car · Company laptop & mobile line.
