ABOUT THE BUSINESS

Euro Car Electronics located in a centre of Maroochydore are looking for skilled and qualified Automotive Diagnostic Technician/Mechanic. The right candidate will be a competent mechanic, with good knowledge in European cars and automotive systems. You will be required to work unsupervised and in a team environment. Your work will mostly include working on European cars, such as: Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes & BMW. You will be required to provide an expert advise in relation to current mechanical condition of vehicles and install Performance Modifications as well as use Diagnostics Equipment like ODIS, MB Star and BMW RHEINGOLD

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS:

• Carry out vehicle repairs and/or maintenance as per repair order
• Diagnosis of problem jobs/cars
• Maintain a sound knowledge of brand products and services
• Follow correct procedures when carrying out warranty work
• Be responsible for the care and use of all workshop tools and equipment and return to correct place

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Proven diagnostic and electrical skills are essential
• Qualification as a mechanic
• Good communication skills
• Be able to fit in a busy environment & Team
• Main Dealership experience is beneficial
• Performance Experience is a bonus
