The Automotive Dismantler plays a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a quality part as described. The Yard Dismantler is responsible for properly removing all high-quality auto parts and usable core parts in a safe, efficient, and proper manner. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who must work in a fast-paced environment, is hardworking, and who can successfully meet production quotas. You must be able to multitask, communicate well with others, have hands-on automotive repair experience with a knowledge of automobiles. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours. Is subject to frequent interruptions. Is subject to intense physical labor, repetitive lifting. Must be able to lift at least 50-75 lbs.
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment: : Employees are regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to extreme cold & extreme heat. The noise level is moderately loud.

Responsibilities
  • Remove requested parts to fulfill orders on vehicles within the suggested time constraints in a safety conscious manner,
  • Individual will be primarily responsible for dismantling salvage vehicles into components.
  • Label and tag each part to be placed in stock,
  • Check the quality and product type of the inventoried parts,
  • Participate in daily team goals, and
  • Assume other duties as assigned.
