JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Dealership experience required!
  • Demonstrate strong initiative and work ethic.
  • Demonstrate professional composure and diplomacy working with senior level executives.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Extremely detail oriented and able to see the big picture when managing tasks.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and make independent decisions in routine situations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and written.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality.

  • Answer phones and greet clients
  • Deal with highly confidential data on a daily basis
  • Draft presentations, reports, and correspondence, agenda setting.
  • Prepare monthly reports and meetings with department heads
  • Draft presentations, reports, and correspondence in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Coordinate special activities such as travel arrangements, corporate events, meetings, interviews, and conference/Zoom calls.
  • Complete special projects as required.
  • Manage vendor relations such as company cell phones, janitorial services, etc. as needed.
  • Ensure that office supplies are always well stocked
  • Draft presentations, reports, and correspondence in Excel and PowerPoint
