Only candidates with automotive experience will be considered!!! please visit us @ www.goteamva.com Job Responsibilities: Responsible for calendar scheduling Answer phones and greet clients Deal with highly confidential data on a daily basis Draft presentations, reports, and correspondence, agenda setting. Prepare monthly reports and meetings with department heads Draft presentations, reports, and correspondence in Excel and PowerPoint Coordinate special activities such as travel arrangements, corporate events, meetings, interviews, and conference/Zoom calls. Complete special projects as required. Manage vendor relations such as company cell phones, janitorial services, etc. as needed. Ensure that office supplies are always well stocked Draft presentations, reports, and correspondence in Excel and PowerPoint Requirements Dealership experience required! Demonstrate strong initiative and work ethic. Demonstrate professional composure and diplomacy while working with senior-level executives. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Extremely detail-oriented and able to see the big picture when managing tasks. Demonstrate sound judgment and make independent decisions in routine situations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
