Responsibilities * Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening * Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories * Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals * Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty * Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM * Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business * Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons. Qualifications * Automotive Sales experience preferred * Technology proficient (CRM, digital retailing tools, texting, video, email follow-up) * Excellent communication and customer service skills * A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance * Long-term mindset with leadership aspirations * High school diploma or equivalent * Must be authorized to work in the USA * Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen * Must have a valid driver's license We don't take a "one-size-fits-all" approach regarding our employees' Benefits.
