Description We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our automotive team. In this role, you will be the key liaison between our customers and our service technicians, ensuring that every visit is a seamless and positive experience. You will assist customers with their vehicle maintenance needs, provide accurate service recommendations, and coordinate with the express service team to deliver high-quality service efficiently. Responsibilities: Greet customers promptly and professionally upon their arrival. Identify vehicle service needs by listening to customers and conducting walk-around inspections. Provide clear and accurate service recommendations and explain maintenance procedures. Prepare work orders for the express service team and coordinate workflow to ensure timely completion. Keep customers informed of their vehicle’s status and address any questions or concerns. Conduct final checks on completed vehicles to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Promote additional services or products that enhance vehicle performance. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all company policies and safety regulations. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances Authorized to work in the United States Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the automotive industry or service advising is a plus but not required.
