You’ll start with maintenance, but you’ll also work alongside experienced technicians, learn real repairs, and build the skills needed to move into a full technician role. Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Prior experience as an Express Lube Technician, Automotive Technician or education with an Automotive Technical school preferred Ability to communicate effectively with others. A high level of personal motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeed. Basic mathematical aptitude Ability to understand and apply common sense.
