The F&I Assistant supports the Finance & Insurance Manager in processing vehicle sales transactions, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with dealership and legal standards. Responsibilities include preparing finance and lease paperwork, verifying customer information, submitting credit applications, packaging contracts for lenders, and assisting with extended warranty and product presentations. The F&I Assistant also maintains accurate records, follows up with lenders, and supports daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient F&I operations.
