Our programs are designed to improve your life at work and at home. * Bi-Weekly Salary plus Monthly Commission * Paid Training * Sales Recognition Program * Start earning PTO on your 1st day of employment * 401(K) and profit sharing * Excellent Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance * Paid Maternity & Paternity after one year of employment Responsibilities * Contract new business, sell Finance products, and close deals * Generate financial income on all sold customers * Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions * Contract or collect all money at closing * Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals * Maintain a working knowledge of leases * Assist in acquiring approval from lenders * Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders * Solicit extended warranty sales that do not end up in charge backs. * Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc. Requirements * Previous automotive Finance experience 2+ years required * Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred * Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability * Well-versed in title laws and the registration process * Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills * Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills * Authorized to work in the USA * Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test * Must have a valid driver’s license Our company maintains a strong policy of equal employment opportunity for all associates.
