Role Definition
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Staff Field Applications Engineer with a strong focus on Automotive and deep system-level expertise to support global engagements with Automotive OEMs and Tier 1s.
In this role, you will take the lead in driving business growth by identifying and solving customer challenges, shaping internal processes, and mentoring junior team members. You will act as a lighthouse for the team—defining best practices and delivering robust, system-level solutions.
Success in this position requires a deep understanding of hardware and software architectures, cross-domain development processes, and the ability to anticipate and address technical and procedural risks.
A strong grasp of evolving automotive trends, particularly in Software Defined Vehicles and Electrification, is essential. The ideal candidate combines technical excellence, strategic mindset, and strong communication skills to influence both internal stakeholders and key customers.
