JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Automotive Finance Assistant to support our finance department in delivering a seamless car buying experience. This role is ideal for someone with administrative experience, strong communication skills, and an interest in automotive sales or finance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or dealership setting preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with dealer management systems a plus
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business or finance is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Assist Finance Managers with processing contracts and related paperwork
  • Accurately input customer data into DMS and lender portals
  • Track funding status and follow up on missing documents
  • Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and accounting teams to ensure smooth deal flow
  • Provide top-notch customer service and answer basic finance-related questions
  • Prepare reports as needed (e.g., contracts in transit, funding logs)
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating F&I product training or audits
