Description Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&I Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving team success and fostering a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the F&I department by providing guidance, training, and support to team members Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences Develop and implement strategies to maximize F&I product sales and profitability Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to F&I processes Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and present suitable financing and insurance options Monitor and analyze department performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Foster a team-oriented environment focused on collective success and growth Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an F&I Manager or similar role within the automotive or related industry Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Deep understanding of F&I products, financing options, and regulatory requirements Ability to motivate and develop team members High level of integrity and professionalism Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, team-focused environment Join our organization and become part of a culture that values teamwork, growth, and success.
