What You’ll Do Assist in preparing and submitting auto loan and credit applications Coordinate with banks and lenders to finalize financing approvals Maintain and organize finance contracts, loan docs, and customer records Support customers by explaining loan terms, rates, and payment structures Ensure all deals comply with state, federal, and dealership requirements Track deal progress and follow up on pending approvals Partner with sales teams to keep deals moving efficiently Handle basic customer questions related to financing Generate reports and support the Finance Manager as needed Requirements What We’re Looking For 2+ years in finance, accounting, dealership admin, or lending support Strong attention to detail (accuracy matters here—every deal counts) Comfortable working with Excel and financial systems Ability to manage multiple deals/tasks at once Clear communicator—able to explain financial info in plain English Experience with dealership systems (DMS), RouteOne, or Dealertrack is a plus Compensation $6,000 Monthly Expected Compensation Monthly Performance Bonuses Total earning potential: $80,000–$120,000+ annually Education High school diploma required Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting preferred (not required) What You’ll Get Competitive hourly pay + growth path into Finance & Insurance (F&I) Health, dental, vision benefits 401(k) with company match Paid time off + holidays Opportunity to build a long-term career in automotive finance Kunes Auto Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer
