Damerow Ford the highest volume Ford dealer in the region, is looking for a motivated Finance Manager to join our team!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior sales experience, minimum of 3 years
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively establish customer relationships & present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the general public.
  • Ability to sell Finance products
  • Acceptable driving record & a valid driver’s license in your state of residence necessary for select roles
  • Candidates must pass a background check and be insurable to drive
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time up to 8+ hours a day.

    Pay: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

  • Obtain finance approvals for auto loans for our customers
  • Perform at a high level maintaining an above average PVR and product pen
  • Manage contracts and receive funding quickly
  • Meet dealership sales and F&I goals
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores
  • Explain features, advantages, and benefits regarding finance options & products sold
  • Maintain great lender relationships
  • Clearly explain all aspects of a customer’s purchase
  • Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new- and used-vehicle and finance departments
  • Customer Service Professional
  • Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc. before forwarding to accounting
