JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Subprime Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and/or finance management. You will work on client applications seeking automotive loan approvals, assess their needs, secure financing and offer a positive car buying experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in sales, automotive preferred.
• Current OMVIC license or wiling to apply for a OMVIC license.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• A positive attitude.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Communicate and understand client needs to provide a positive experience and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Handle an average of 100 approval applications a month, ensuring prompt response and customer satisfaction.
• Provide clear and transparent communication with clients regarding finance terms, payments and interest rates.
• Adhere to Dealer, OMVIC and MVDA standards
• Foster a culture of leadership within the team, encouraging professional development and collaboration.
• Follow up with client’s post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and a postive buying experience.
