Honda Village is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join their team.

Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $120,000-$160,000

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in dealership finance
  • Must be available to work Saturdays
  • A college degree or equivalent experience in finance is preferred, but not required
  • Strong background in business, mathematics, marketing and computers
  • Strong customer service and follow-up skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Responsibilities
  • Offer and sell product financing, warranty, and insurance to customers
  • Provide thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties to customers
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, including the manufacturer, to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction to improve the profitability of the F&I department
  • Work closely with the sales department to secure good profit from each sale, both front and back gross
  • Process all federal, state and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transaction in a timely and efficient manner
  • Check all paperwork on both finance and cash deals to ensure title, lien, taxes, and other related delivery documents are accurate and complete
  • Prepare, submit, and file monthly penetration reports on finance penetration
  • Manage contracts in transits (CIT’s)
  • Train and provide the sales team with current information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs
  • Work closely with the general sales manager to establish sales department goals and objectives and ensure that they are achieved
  • Understand, keep abreast of and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect vehicle sales
