We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Automotive Finance Manager with a strong background in automotive sales desking to join our team. As an Automotive Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process by providing seamless financial solutions to our customers while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. In addition to your finance responsibilities, you will leverage your sales desking experience to collaborate closely with the General Sales Manager / Sales Manager to finalize deals and achieve revenue targets.
Compensation $120,000 - $180,000 annually

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager within the automotive industry.
• Strong proficiency in sales desking processes and deal structuring.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial and insurance products related to automotive sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and computer applications.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications in automotive finance and sales desking (a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive finance management and sales desking.
