What You’ll Do: Drive Profitability: Maximize F&I performance through product presentation, lender relationships, and deal structure. Customer Experience: Deliver a transparent, efficient, and compliant finance process that supports strong CSI scores. Lender Management: Build and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure competitive approvals. Compliance: Ensure all deals are structured and finalized in accordance with federal, state, and lender regulations. Menu Selling: Present and explain protection products clearly, helping customers make informed decisions. Deal Flow: Work closely with the sales team to finalize deals quickly and accurately, keeping the process moving. Training & Support: Assist in coaching the sales team on turnover and setting up clean, fundable deals. Performance Tracking: Monitor key F&I metrics including product penetration, PVR, and funding timelines. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Minimum 2 years of automotive F&I experience with a proven track record. Performance: Strong history of product penetration, compliance, and consistent profitability. Attention to Detail: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deals at once. Communication: Confident and clear communicator with both customers and internal teams. Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of lending regulations, contracts, and paperwork accuracy. Technical Skills: Experience with dealer management systems and CRM tools.
