Description Automotive Finance Manager (High-Performance Opportunity) Faribault, MN We are looking for an experienced, process-driven Finance Manager who wants to raise the bar and not maintain the status quo. What You’ll Do Own and drive F&I performance with a focus on increasing PVR, product penetration, and compliance Execute a consistent, transparent menu process that builds trust while maximizing opportunity Partner closely with the sales team to ensure strong turnovers and a seamless guest experience Present and position finance and protection products with clarity, confidence, and integrity Maintain strict compliance with all federal, state, and lender requirements What Success Looks Like Consistent growth in PVR toward $2,000+ Strong product penetration across VSC, GAP, and ancillary products Clean, compliant deals with minimal funding issues Positive guest experience and strong CSI Built to Help You Win We are investing in tools and processes to help our Finance Managers perform at a high level. This includes implementing AI-powered audio/visual coaching software (Siro) that: Ensures every product is consistently and professionally presented Provides real-time feedback on communication, compliance, and guest experience Identifies opportunities to improve performance and increase PVR on every deal This is not about micromanagement—it’s about giving you the tools, coaching, and insights to maximize your income while delivering a better guest experience. We expect this investment to drive a measurable increase in PVR and consistency across every deal.
