Job Overview: As an Automotive Finance Manager, you will be responsible for assisting customers with securing financing options for their vehicle purchases. You will work closely with sales and management teams to ensure an efficient and positive experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive financing, exceptional customer service skills, and a keen ability to close deals. Key Responsibilities: Work with customers to determine financing options and present available loan packages. Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and lenders. Process loan applications and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately. Negotiate financing terms, including down payments, interest rates, and loan durations. Review credit reports and guide customers through the approval process. Provide customers with detailed information regarding vehicle warranties, insurance options, and protection plans. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financing trends, industry regulations, and dealer policies. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding financing and loan documentation. Support sales team with pricing and financing strategies to close deals effectively. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering clear, transparent, and professional service. Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience as a Finance Manager or F&I Manager in an automotive dealership environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive finance, leasing, and lending processes. Ability to work well under pressure and meet monthly sales goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. High level of integrity and ethical conduct. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with dealership software and Microsoft Office Suite. High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in finance or business is a plus. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
