What This Role Involves Our Finance Managers focus on customer delivery, product presentation, and contract completion. Key responsibilities include: Presenting and selling finance protection products such as Vehicle Service Contracts, GAP, Tire & Wheel Protection, and Maintenance Plans Using our Tekion digital menu system to clearly present product options and benefits to customers Completing all vehicle delivery paperwork and documentation Processing eContracts through RouteOne and working with lenders to finalize transactions Ensuring deals are funded properly and efficiently Handling product cancellations and administrative follow-up when necessary Providing a professional and transparent customer delivery experience What We Look For We’re looking for individuals who embody our core values of integrity, professionalism, and customer care.
