The ideal candidate for this position must possess a valid OMVIC license and have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in the automotive financing industry. Additionally, above-average computer skills are required, along with familiarity with DealerTrack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs and concerns to provide exceptional service and achieve optimal customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate sustainable relationships based on trust and integrity, establishing long-term customer loyalty.
- Deliver precise, valid, and comprehensive information about each vehicle using established methods.
- Adhere rigorously to all communication procedures and industry guidelines, including but not limited to OMVIC and MVDA standards.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, utilizing established tools to securely file relevant documents.
- Exhibit strong multitasking abilities, effectively prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Communicate promptly with clients via various channels, such as phone, email, or text, addressing inquiries and arranging appointments.
- Understand current lender requirements and effectively match clients with suitable financing options based on their approval rates.
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing established tools and methods, including DealerTrack and finance institutions, to facilitate smooth operations.
