At Oakridge Ford we are seeking individuals interested in the role of Financial Services Manager. The Financial Services Manager, under the direction of the GM and Director of Finance, will primarily be responsible and accountable for protecting the dealer, obtaining financing for the dealerships new and used vehicle customers and creating additional income for the dealership via the sale of protective options.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proven experience as a Financial Services Manager in the automotive industry.
· In-depth knowledge of finance and insurance products, regulations, and compliance requirements.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
