The S. Dilawri Automotive Group is currently looking to hire an experienced Automotive Fixed Operations Manager.
Essential Job Duties:
· Oversee and control successful Service Departments
· Responsible for implementing and administering all systems, procedures and processes
· Maintain high profitability and customer satisfaction
· Manage a high performance team of Service Advisors, Technicians and Service teams
· Meeting Department Performance Target
Position Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager experience. Hyundai or Asian brand experience is an asset.
· Proven Track Record in Strong Management Aptitude
· Possess sound automotive technical background
· Have a valid G Driver’s license
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain focused
· Must be a strong leader and communicator
