This is a flat-rate role where your income is driven by your production—and where the work is there to support it. What You Can Expect Annual Earnings: $51,000 – $139,000 (based on production) Consistent Workflow: Strong car count and steady demand Flat-Rate Pay: Earn based on what you produce Modern Shop: Clean, organized, and fully equipped Toyota Training: Certifications, hybrid & EV training available What This Means for You Entry-level or slower producers typically fall toward the lower end Experienced, productive technicians earn significantly more The shop has the volume to keep you turning hours What You’ll Be Doing Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently Handle a mix of maintenance, repairs, and advanced diagnostics Work on engines, transmissions, electrical, and hybrid systems Maintain productivity while delivering quality work What We’re Looking For Proven technician experience (required) Ability to flag hours consistently Strong diagnostic and repair skills Team player with a solid work ethic Toyota experience is a plus—but not required.
