JOB SUMMARY:

The Automotive Floor In charge cum QC is responsible for supervising day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining high-quality repair standards, and overseeing the final quality check (QC) of all vehicles before delivery to customers. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and attention to detail to ensure customer vehicles are serviced efficiently and up to international standards.

REQUIREMENTS;

 Education: Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
 Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or QC role.
 Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, AC, painting, denting, and diagnostic works.

 Leadership and team management skills.
 Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
 Good communication and coordination skills (English required, Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
