• Supervise daily activities of technicians and mechanics on the service floor.
• Assign work orders and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Inspect and test completed work for quality assurance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians.
• Enforce safety protocols and cleanliness of the workshop.
• Communicate with service advisors and customers as needed regarding work status.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good condition.
• Train and mentor new technicians.
• Oversee assembly line or production floor staff.
• Monitor production schedules and workflows.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards.
• Report any production delays or issues to upper management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Perform performance evaluations and support HR functions.
• Enforce occupational safety and health regulations.
