Financial Performance: Oversee dealership financial health, maximizing profitability and safeguarding assets. People & Culture: Cultivate a high-performing, motivated team through strategic hiring, coaching, and leadership development. Customer Experience: Drive a culture of exceptional service, ensuring a loyal and growing customer base. Asset Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and brand-compliant facility aligned with financial and environmental standards. Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive automotive management experience Proven track record of successfully managing dealership operations and teams Expertise with automotive software platforms (Dealertrack, V Auto, VinSolutions, etc.) Strong financial acumen and understanding of dealership P&L Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Commitment to customer service excellence and team engagement Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Authorization to work in the U.S. Who We Are: Summit Automotive Partners is built on the belief that strength lies in our differences.
